成立与定位

氢能以其清洁无碳、转化效率高、能量密度高、应用场景丰富的特点,正成为世界能源转型的重要方向之一,亦是实现交通运输、工业建筑等领域深度脱碳的最佳选择。发展氢能和燃料电池产业是我国应对能源安全和产业升级等挑战,实现可持续发展和2060年碳中和目标的重要机遇和必然选择。目前中国氢能和燃料电池产业仍处在起步阶段,产业的健康发展需要政策引导、市场认可和资金支持。开展国家层面的氢能产业顶层设计,推动跨部门统筹协调、促进协同创新和开展跨区示范已成为产业发展的当务之急。

 

Hydrogen energy is clean, carbon-free, and of high conversion efficiency and energy density, and wide range in applications. It is an important direction for the world‘s energy transition and is also the best solution for deep decarburization in transportation, industrial construction and other fields. The development of hydrogen energy and fuel cell industry has become an inevitable requirement and an important opportunity for China to cope with energy security, industrial upgrading, and sustainable development. At present, China's hydrogen energy and fuel cell industry is still in the early stage. The healthy development of the industry is inseparable from the guidance of the policy, the development of the market and the support of funds. The urgent task of hydrogen energy industry is to carry out the top-level design of national hydrogen energy industry and promote the interdepartmental collaboration, synergy, innovation and regional demonstration.
